Capgemini — Adapt login credentials

Respected sir/ madam,
I've accepted the Letter Of Intent( LOI ) of your esteemed company, Capgemini on[protected] and expressed my consent for internship. It has been two months still I haven’t received ADAPT login credentials and also no information about internship.
As such, will you please look into the matter and send me the ADAPT login details so that I'll be able to go through them.
