Capgemini — Cannot see my offer letter at superset

Respected Hiring Authority,
My name is Rakshita Godiyal and my superset ID is 1404890. Yesterday I received a mail from Capgemini stating that I have cleared the Interview process and can download my LOI from Superset by uploading a list of documents. But I cannot see any updates at my superset.
Kindly look into the issue as the last date to accept the LOI is 29th of March 2022. I have attached the screenshot of the same : the issues as well as the superset portal for your reference.
