Capgemini — Capgemini employee with fake experience letter and documents

I'm complaining about capgemini employee who submitted fake experience letter and documents and joined capgemini 7 or 8 months ago. He said that he has 5+ yrs of IT experience in resume but he has no experience in IT. He atleast not even attended the interview by himself. He cleared the interview with the help of proxy. He now managing his work by taking help of someone outside the office by paying money. As he joined banking project he may contain highly confidential information but he is taking help of someone outside. He worked in christu jyoti engineering college for mechanical branch. So he is not even having knowledge on languages. He is not so good at English also. Please take care of your company by pointing out such things and prove there is no place for fake people. I was also once a capgemini employee. I know that capgemini is full of ethics and values but due to some people like this, the company reputation may get damaged. Please Don't bring out my name because it may harm me. Below are the details of that particular employee.
