[Resolved]  Capgemini — capgemini kolkata employee commited suicide

Dear team,

Capgemini kolkata employee committed suicide due to tremendous humiliation at workplace and abusing language by his manager and senior manager.

He also wrote a suicide note and mentioned the name of person responsible for.

Several employee left the organisation just because of there torture and several employees are in mental depression

These Two People name in Note considering Capgemini Kolkata Employee As A Slave.

Why is the status changed to [Resolved] it should be in [Pending]/[InProgress] if you say you have conveyed it to concern team, you should mention the details here. Who is going to track the issue and answer to progress happening on this ground. This is not a place for nonsense stuff. If status is not changed this platform is just like other useless platforms out there misguiding citizens.

Many of the employees working in Capgemini Kolkata is facing deep issues such as mental harassment, biased behavior of HR and seniors, suspending the employee for being a whistle blower. And I am also one of those employees.
