Capgemini — Ex-Employee PF Withdrawal

Capgemini was a reputed company, but I am surprised to see many complaints about Capgemini Retirals team who is purposely delaying the process of PF. I have been following with retiralshelpdesk.[protected]@capgemini.com for past one year regarding PF transfer. Last year they requested to hold off the transfer as the Capgemini was merging the PF accounts with EPFO. Then again I connected to them in Jan-22 for PF. They said that the name mismatches (initials expanded) with Aadhar card, so they requested documents related to Aadhar and my name. I submitted the documents in Feb'22 and they said that it will take 60 days, I followed up on Apr'22. Again the same response with another 60 days timeline. In May, they again asked for the documents to start from scratch. no responses later. I am frustrated with their lethargic responses and it's been an year since I started interacting with the retirals team for PF process. I couldn't find any escalation point. The retirals support changed the image of Capgemini altogether.
