Capgemini — gratuity amount - delaying the process

Hi Team,

I have submitted my Gratuity amount and till now Capgemini is not crediting my amount. I have transferred all the details. Mr. Naran Desai from Capgemini also confirms I will get the gratuity amount before the end of Dec 2019. Till now I have not received any credit. I left Capgemini in the month of Dec 2018.

There are no contact details to contact them, the only way is [protected]@excelityglobal.com. There also no response, I am following up on this for the past 6 months. on 31st Dec -2019, I have got an email from Mr.Umme Kulsum, mentioning the Gratuity process all are on hold due to internal clarifications. seriously I am not able to convince on this. Request your help to resolve this issue on time.
