Hi Team,

This is Ankur Bhardwaj (Capgemini Engineering Ref: 5379136/1008520). I am writing this mail to present my utter disappointment due to unethical and unprofessional behaviour by the recruitment team of Capgemini Engineering. I would sincerely like to request Capgemini top management and leadership to take strict and relevant action on Sangram Panigrahy (sangram.[protected]@capgemini.com) so that in future he will not treat any candidate (fresher or experienced) in any unethical and unprofessional manner and will not spoil the brand image of Capgemini.

Whole case (Request you to please read so that you will know their treatment and my bad experience):
I am 9 years 6 months experienced IT professional. My profile was referred to Capgemini Engineering and got shortlisted. Sangram (Capgemini Engineering HR) conducted various rounds (L1, L2) of evaluation.

I have cleared all the rounds with ace performance as per Sangram and I have submitted all the required documents for BGV.

Offer Letter was rolled out to me with Capgemini Engineering Ref: 5379136/1008520 on 24th Feb, 2022 and then I request for compensation revision based on other current offer at hand and Sangram took the approval and confirmed me on mail (PFA the mail copy for you reference). My LWD with then employer was 11-Mar-2022 and I have rejected all other offers at hand on request of Sangram.

Then one day prior to onboarding, he called me and said - Now, there is no job, position is freezed now.

He didn't even say 'Sorry !!', I was jobless, mentally harassed and unethically and unprofessionally treated. PLEASE PLEASE TAKE ACTION !!
