Capgemini — Less shift allowance

I have received my full & final settlement amount & received shift allowance of rs 6800 for combined feb & march month, but as per roster calculation for feb its 4600 & march its 3400, thus total Rs 8000.

It was approved but still I'm told by shift allowance team, it isn't approved, it's really disappointing to see how ex employees are treated in Capgemini, even after multiple follow ups no one is bothered to check & give my remaining shift allowance. Please look into it at the earliest & provide me an update on this.

Please let me know till when can I expect the same the remaining amount to be credited in my bank account.
