Capgemini — No response from cg retirals

I had submitted form 13 to my current employer for pf transfer from capgemini trust account to my current account in dec 2019. After few months when i checked with my current employer they told me to contact capgemini office and get annexure k and they also said pf transfer is already intiated from their side. My employee id in capgemini was 88696. I have dropped several emails and also tried to call on all available nos to get a response from capgemini and allsec but did not get any reply since last 2 months. Email was sent to below ids retiralshelpdesk.[protected]@capgemini.com, [protected]@allsectech.com

I am trying to transfer Capgemini PF to current employer but thr CG retirals team responded that all the PF
" Dear Jyoti,

We request you to await few month for PF Transfer as Capgemini Trust is still in process of Surrender to EPFO.

Your EPF contribution is safe, the same shall be transitioned to EPFO in next few months.

Once complete process is done we shall inform you on same. Hence forth your ticket has been closed.

This email I received in the month of September . Since then no response from thr team.

I have escalated this issue still not resolved. I have not received any feedback anout my PF amount. Secondaly they hqve updated my employment date as 2016 whereas I was engaged to the company since March 2015.

I don't know whom to approach to resolve this matter. They are simply ignorqnt people who really don't care how much problems we are facing.
