Capgemini — No response - PF Related for ex employee | |||
I really had a bad experience from Capgemini retirals team. I was one of the ex employee of capgemini. When i want to transfer the PF amount, PF portal did not allow me to do it, because it has some missing information for my profile which can be updated through cagemini support. Till now i have sent more than 30 mails since feb 2020 to oct 2020. But for every 3 responses - the conversation starts from the begining. No body reads entire thread of email.. finally some guy responded to contact PF helpdesk. After contacting PF helpdesk, they said they require duly signed copy of the employer to make necessary corrections to my profile. I again approached Capgemini retirals team. It's been a month...No response yet.. They did not bother even when i told to take legal action on them. Hence raising this complain on this forum. I would request you to resolve my issues as early as possible. My details: Babish Adapa, PF account in capgemini: TH/THA/EXEM/43355/55769 I have attached my first mail in 2019 December - which is 10 months ago And recent email to them 2020 September - which is 10 days ago.
