Capgemini — Not Providing - Salary Slip and From 16 - Ex-Employee

I have been trying to generate my Form 16 and Salary slip from Capgemini(period of[protected] since last 2 months and they either do not reply or ask me to send email to someone else.
I have not received the required documents yet. I am not sure what to do now as I require the document for the immigration process.

The companies I was working for before Capgemini was able to send me the documents but Capgemini seems not to have will to support.

I also sent email for the experience letter which is still not sent in the specific format and there is no reply on the email.
