Capgemini — On call allowances not credited

My differential on call for March and April applied through PICS has not been processed yet

Please note that this is not shift allowance raised from the shift allowance tool but Differential on-call allowance for weekdays applied through PICS.
The on call allowances were uploaded by project manager on project code[protected] through PICS.
The amount was raised for March and April 2022.

2. Image 2 are the details for differential on call allowance for April 2022 uploaded through PICS which was not credited in fnf reason being rejected as status 4 shown in the table means rejected.
On checking with the Project Manager for project code[protected], it has been found that all employees on call allowances were rejected due to issues in approval for which again data has been submitted for all others except me as my employee id no longer exists in the system .

After all the investigations I have got a reply that

If the batches are not approved in the system, PICS team wont be able to help here.

Only approved requests can be processed.
Its a loss of pay
