Capgemini — PF Transfer amount not reflecting on EPFO

Hi,

I joined Capgemini in Jan 2019 and resigned in Sept 2021. Prior to CG I was working in Accenture and I raised a PF transfer request from Accenture to Capgemini in Dec2020 through EPFO portal.
On EPFO the transfer request shows as settled and it also generated the Annexure K.

I am following up with CG since Jan2021 when I was working with CG to checked if my Transferred amount is added to my CG PF account, but they kept on requesting for Annexure K.

After I provided the Annexure K, I am getting response from the CG team that it is in the process of transferring the PF accumulations to the EPFO portal. My CG PF amount is reflecting on the EPFO portal but my PF transfer amount from Accenture to CG is not yet reflecting, which is a big amount and I am in urgent need of that money.

Even after several follow-ups with the CG team, they just say that this process will take some time but whatever tentative dates they gave me have already exhausted.

Requesting here to please help expedite the process.
