I am Balaji, the ex capgemini employee and my empid was 045632
I had initiated the online PF transfer online about 45 days back. As it is the capgemini pf trust account that they maintain that requires the submission of additional document called "Form-13" to their pf trust address for the further pf transfer procedure, hence i filled the FORM-13 duly signed by my current company and sent to their address and it has reached there on 14th November. From there after I sent the mail to capgemini pf department for the initiation of pf transfer and I had not got any replies for about 10 days and after that i got a call from capgemini pf department whose name is Mr. Narayan Desai saying that they had missed my document and asked me to sent it again. I got totally disappointed about missing of my document and he convinced me to send it again, Hence I requested my current company to sign it again on Form 13 and I had couriered that again on 15th Dec and it has reached them on 16th Dec Friday. After that again I started following up with capgemini pf department, now that they saying that they did not receive my document, when i given the DTDC proof to them via email, I had not received any reply from them so far and no connectivity to PF department and they cut my call.
