Capgemini — pf withdrawal getting delayed

I have sent all required documents long back to the given location but they is no response from capgemini for status and they blocked my email.

Due to current pandemic situation it is very important to withdraw my pf

Please help me to know current status of my pf which is sent through dtdc on 12th june 2020.
