Capgemini — pf withdrawal process in capgemini

I am janardhan, the ex capgemini employee and my empid was 075195
I sent my pf withdrawal forms to below pf department 10 days back and they already hadbeen delivered on 21/02/2018.
After that i have followuped through an email and over phone but no response received from them.
