Capgemini — regarding my offer letter delay

Recently i was selected for the capgemini bengluru and the hr discussed with me regarding all the formalities. I have provided the required support and it was a matter of releasing offer letter to them. So far there is no progress made. For my mails also there is no response from the concerned hr. I request you to help me in getting the offer letter. Hr told you are selected for capgemini and he told he is going to send offer letter to me within a week, but now it is almost 2 months there is no offer letter, i dont know why you people are simply conducting interviews and asking all my documents and telling you are selected for capgemini and not releasing offer letter and concerned hr name is girish.
