Capgemini — UAN / PF - Activation and Settlement

Hi,

I am Naresh Kumar V R and my Employee ID is 66289. I worked with Capgemini from 01/09/2014 to 18/07/2017. But, my service was showing in my UAN[protected] as 01/09/2014 to 29/02/2016. The rest of the service period is not showing ie., 01/03/2016 to 18/07/2017 which belongs to PU/PUN/31643/00E/176326. For the past 5 years, I am struggling to get resolution from Capgemini.

Recently, they replied by saying as below:
Hi Team,

Have you gone through the mail chain? Now, your people are asking the screen shot again? If you can go through the mail communication / the issue, you will come to know the problem.
Any have, again I am attaching the screenshot. Please do the needful at the earliest.

When I am trying to activate my UAN[protected], getting the error.

Dear Employee,

Asper CG record you have two UAN services, need to activate both UAN accounts and check the PF passbook balance and apply the transfer request from old to new in EPFO online portal.

For your reference find the EPFO activation process and PF online transfer process.

Please let me know if you are facing any issue send me error snapshot .

After the above communication, I tried to activate[protected] UAN number. But, I am getting the error due to lack of Basic details maintained by Capgemini.

On this issue, I am communicating for the past 2 months again. Still, I didn't get the solution. Today, again they are asking the screenshot of the error message which was shared in earlier communication.

Unnecessarily, they are wasting the time.

I am not sure, how to get resolve this issue.
