Capgemini — unable to withdraw my pf balance with capgemini trust, pune

I have been trying to transfer and now upon repeatedly mailing the team trying to withdraw my pf with capgemini trust since last one year. My last date in capgemini was 1st feb 2019.

This is what i have received after months of to and fro of emails.

"on verification due to form 11 absence or mismatch your uan is not mapped with cg records.
Hence you will not be able to initiate transfer request through online. The entire contribution of cg period is with its trust only.
If you require you may withdraw the amount from cg."

Establishment name = capgemini india pvt. Ltd. Employees’ provident fund

Establishment address = a-15, talawade chakan rd, m i d c technology park, talwade, pimpri-chinchwad, maharashtra 411062

Account is held by = pf trust.

Trust name - capgemini india private limited employees provident fund

Trust address - a-1 technology park midc talwade pune - 412 114

Kindly please help me withdraw the amount as soon as possible.
