I am ex-employee of Capgemini India - Mumbai, I was interviewed at Capgemini again for the project I earlier worked for. However, when I left Capgemini In November 2019, nothing was discussed with me but after submitting all the documents to HR for rehiring, HR informed me that I was given a rating of 4 of which I didn't have any idea. I was part of AIE team where I worked for 1 month and put down my paper for other opportunity which My Manager didn't like at all, after which I was there with Capgemini for next 2.5 months and left the Company on 15th November 2019. My performance in those 3 months was also satisfactory for the project I worked for and my Project Manager gave me an email where he mentioned how my work was. My Manager Wendessa Thakur from Invent gave me the rating in 2020 for which I was not part of Capgemini. To be precise I was hired by Invent and deployed to AIE and Manager from Invent who didn't have anything to do with my work gave me rating of 4 and now I when I am tried reaching out to her by phone call, email and WhatsApp, she is not replying to any of my communication.
She has destroyed my career for the reason I was not retained when she asked me to. My Employee number with Capgemini was 126585, I have been a big victim in this case and hope that my complaint would be taken care by India Consumer Complaints Forum. I cannot be hired for that Organization again in my lifetime just because of the mistake she have committed. Was this information helpful? |
