Request for noc. I had taken 2wheeler loan on april 2013 and i i battula anita devi taken vehicle loan hero ignator (Loan reference no[protected] for business purpose to my husband and given his cheques only, in the name of naidu associates and authorised signatory is my husband mr. A. Dilip kumar on april-2013 and for 24 months emi and it was cleared on time april-2015.in betweendue to major health problem of husband loss in business the account which was given to ecs purpose to capital first was closed so some emi s were bounced but immediate i informed to capital first office and they arranged for door collection at that time and every month the collection executive comes and collect the emi amount and give back the collect deposit slip. Now i want to sale bike as my husband not suggested to drive because of transplant of kidney and also required money for treatment i approached for noc on nov 2016 at capital first branch office situated at dwarakanagar, visakhapatnam. But they told cheque bounce charges have to pay as iam told my situation and request them for waiver on cheque bounce charges as they only arranged the door collection and emis paid timely every month. The manager told that they mail to head office and informed me but still now every month whenever i get time i visit the office the same answer i here the it is on the process i am also try to contact customercare through toll free again the answer is please contact nearest branch so at last iam mailing you please help on this regard to get my noc as iam in deep trouble.
