[Resolved] Capital First — Deduction of 99 rs from bank account.

Dear capital first/idfc first, I am writing to formally notify you that I had an account in the capital first loan which was terminated after full payment of the loan. The loan ac no was 7551722 which i have cleared all the loan in 2017. Now my complaint is that why rs. 99 was deducted from my bank account. Jan 8, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved I received my money back after raising complaint over the phone call. I don't know if this consumer site working or not. Capital First customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Dec 24, 2021 Updated by Pravingoud89 any update ?

My LOAN number 26248584 is already settled before 2019 then why the ### is 99 Rs amount deducted from my bank account. Get back to me right now with a refund and apology or I am going to the consumer court tomorrow.
