Hi I called to customer care no. Regarding my bike loan it was on the name of my brother mr himanshu mehndiratta who is expired in road accident in november 2017 regarding that i had called to customer care but your agent mr faizal has no sense how to talk to customers he has not given me any informaton nither the branch adress when i asked to transfer the call to your superwiser he has denied that also call was going on 18 mins then again i called from another no. Then one agent ms heena attended my call and given me the proper information after the verification process & resolved my all the quries. Then i asked to heena also about faisal then faisal disconnected my call after 18 mins. So please give me the revert what u are doing about faisal now? Was this information helpful? | |||
