[Resolved]  Capital First — bad behaviour, mental torture, harassment & frustration to the customer

Hello,

I got a call on 21st december, 2017 at 5:25 pm from [protected] number regarding the overdue amount of my loan account number 12281763. The person name was praful and i had a verbal dispute with him. He was an ill-mannered person and don't know how to talk with the customers. Your collection team calls us thrice a day asking about the same thing about the installment which i had already cleared to one of them that i will be paying the installment the next month but still these people are calling us again and again.

Regarding that man praful, i want an action should be taken against that person as he tortured me mentally, harassed me and frustrated me. He firstly called my mother and keeping my mother in conference and than called me. Is this the way to treat the customer? This is how your agency deals with the customer.

I called your customer support team and talked with sarvesh, he filed a complaint against him and he assured me that i will be getting a revert back from your company with the action against that person praful and your collection team won't be calling us again from the next day but till now they are calling us thrice a day and even on sunday. I visited your office today (27th december, 2017) and saw that your team haven't even processed my complaint yet.

I got a call today (31st december, 2017 sunday) from at. On sunday you call the customers. I filed one more complaint on customer. [protected]@capitalfirst.com email address and till now i haven't got any response from your company. I haven't seen such a bad company, support, service of any company. Nobody knows solution for the query. Worst loan agency i have seen in my life. You should close your company as you don't know what professionalism is.

Now let me clear you my points:

Firstly these calls should be stopped from your end and won't happen this thing again in the future and secondly if you won't be taking any action against that person praful, i'll be going to the consumer court for this bad behaviour & mental torture from your agency.

I want a revert back from you on my phone number - [protected] asap.
