[Resolved] Capital First — bad behaviour with customer | |||||
Collection agents are very bad in behaviour and two agent whose name is Divya and Sara from Chakala Branch they talk to customer like they are the owner of the company and they have given loan from their pocket and treat customer like poor class and the wasy of talking is very pathetic.I do have audio recording for their behaviour and will surely go to consumer court.Is this the way how to treat your customer capital first and government as not given you any rights to talk in pathetic manner with customer.
