[Resolved] Capital First — capital card for no reason... all my loan is paid on time | |||
Capital card is blocked without notifying us... Its a big strange to me as i always made my payments on time to capita... Dont find any reason why ull blovked my card... Not happy about it... Please revert me whats happening... Customer service dont find much helpful... Should be trained on communication... Card no is 7330755... Please capita help me out with this... May 14, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved I called them today...they were pathetic..just keep on telling that after 90 days or more my card will be unblocked..doesnt make sense..i have not receive my emi card also...pathetic service my capita...blocking card for no reason Capital First customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
