[Resolved] Capital First — capital first loan account no 3926399 forged case still live on my name since 2015 | |||
Hi capital first team: The nuisance is not ended yet as i received call from head constable vinay tyagi (Mob.[protected]) before an hour for looking me to get me summon from tis hazari court, through advocate vikas kumar sharma (Mob.[protected]). I have already told them that case is settled down and have confirmation email from capital first. I already have asked for his email id to send him whole incident and settlement email but haven't got response till this moment of time. Please send me noc letter or case closure letter of forgery which is done on my name and loan no 3926399. This is totally harassing case from a long ago but still i keep patience by trusting your settlement email. Please fix this permanently as this would the last request. I have paid EMI twice.. it was assured to me payment would be refunded. However, I have been trying to get it back, there is no resolution or coordination given from capital first.
Every day they want more time, new TAT I have to listen.
Do not why only for my own payment how many times should I trace them.

I don't required your letter of apology instead just send me NOC/closure letter on your letter head that I can show it to guys who wakes up every year with legal procedures and non-payment loan cases against me.
Going forward I don't want any harassment or embarrassment from your side for any collection or notices on my name, old address where I am not residing since 2016 and no more calls from Advocate and Policeman. You guys haven't close the serious matter in last 4 years and couldn't found the culprit while the loan sanctioning done by your staff on faked documents.
Please send aforesaid letter on urgent basis.
