[Resolved] Capital First — capital first very worst service

Today i am surprised to see that my card (Card# 5176023), has been temporarily blocked for no reason. When i contacted capital one customer care, the customer care agent and the supervisor spoke very rudely, they do not have any answer other than "blocked for internal purposes for 90 days". I need an answer, i need my card activated, i am in need of another consumer product. Kindly help to activate my card asap. As you have noticed i have no late payments on my loans. Im wondering why is my card blocked.
