[Resolved] Capital First — card blocked without any reason | |||
This is atri bhattacharyya, registrar mobile no - [protected] & dob is[protected]. I got a sms few days ago that my capital card has blocked due to some internal reason where as not a single cheque has bounce but i paid excess emi last month for wrong information of capitals executive. She called me to pay emi online on 5th, and assured me that those emi will not charged form bank... But still at night all emi was charged which i paid earlier online. I called many times to their customer care... I send many mails also... Still there is no responce from the capital first. Also they not providing a proper reason that why my card had blocked. Now i have to purchase a product from a store and they told me that my card has blocked But i have to purchase this product very urgently. So please give a solution for this. Am taking loan from capital first that not mean they have do this kind of thing. So pleas give a proper solution through mail at your earlier. Was this information helpful? | |||
