My eminent due was on 5th mar though I keep balance in my reg account and emi was getting deducted in time this month it was failed and charged Rs 400/- emi failure SMS not received. After checking my acc I came to know. Once again without any information on 12th it was presented to y account and failed for which another Rs 400 charged. The collection agent called and took appointment and I paid the EMI and he told that no extra to be paid. How come your irresponsible company without information presented the emi 2times without any prior information. At time of selling also your representrtive told it will hit one time on 5th of every month. I also have ot received the loan papers. I need the 2nd charge to be waived. If any proof of Communication before presenting the 2nd time. If SMS sent then proof that I have received it as I have not received. If I could have then I might have kept balance. I need the details of payment paid to your collection agent at bhubaneswar whether you have received the amount and credited to my loan account or not.
