Hi, I had taken loan rs. 36500/- in july 2015 for eight month emi. All my emi deduct same date of every month. All emi had been completed successfully. But yesterday i got message that "bounce charges overdue of rs. 800". I had taken loan in 2015 and now i got message in 2018. All emi completed successfully. I don't understand how it is possible. It is completely fraud. When i call customer care, customer care department told me you had deposit the cash amount rs. 3042 in 20th october 2015 whenever your cheque had bounced.
