Capital First — Complaints against the delivery with track ID B[protected]

Dear sir / madam, I am Avishek Chanda & I have a complain against of your service . I had been couriered a KIT from CAPITAL FIRST FINANCE but after a long day I did not get the courier . After that I had contact with CAPITAL FIRST FINANCE executive they told me the courier had been sent from their end as well as they provide me the track id number which is B[protected] . I need my courier as soon as possible which had been sent from CAPITAL FIRST FINANCE else I will escalate the matter with legal advisor & make sure you have to give me the penalty .
