Capital First — Deterioration of the emi record.

I am having a problem with the capital first monthly emi deduction. As I had taken four loans previous year[protected] and the capital first was not deducting the loan amount automatically from the bank account and when the date of payment arrives they won't deduct it and they call us to pay the loan amount from Paytm after the date of loan payment and once they had sended their employee at the house to collect the payment through the cheque and we had asked him that this will break our countinuity payment record or deteriorate our record but he had said that the record will not get deteriorated. But now the loan was completed but our record was deteriorated and we can't take loans no more and the capital first had sended us the message to pay the late emi payment fee.
