[Resolved] Capital First — double payment collection fraud | |||||
I took a loan from capital first. They just called me that i haven't paid my loan. My salary was in my account on 5th september but they are saying their was insufficient fund in my account. They are taking illegal charges from me for their own fault. On 12th september they told me to pay this month instalment and when i paid it, they also deducted through my bank account. They double cross me. After their payment, i am also getting call from their side that i still haven't submitted my balance payment. I want my extra money back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
