[Resolved] Capital First — easy buy card didn't unlock still after 5 months

My name is Venugopal CN my agreement number is 5510419 which i had purchased a samsung led tv and due to demonetisation problems icant able to deposit money into my account one month then it becomes a due and on the 3rd day of due i remitted it in the bank then you charged rs.800 as penalty i also did that through my bank. Now my loan has been finished about 6 months now but still my easy buy card is blocked when i contacted customer care they said internal policy i got the no due certificate from you which the deal was closed successfully whithout any dues they said 90 days will be taken but now days crosses help me to resolve my probelm to continue service with you
