[Resolved] Capital First — easy buy card durable | |||
I have an active easy buy card of the above company. When i tried to buy a mobile i was denied stating that i am above 66 years. When i emailed them they informed me that my loan could not be processed as it was theirinternal policy. I was embarrassed and in mental agony. When i asked them on their internal policy they refused to state. Therefore i wanted them them to remove my card and delete my account. They have not done it.
