[Resolved] Capital First — ecs charges for non delivered product | |||
Hi, i have taken finance support for two split ac's but got delivered By only one hence i informed the concern team (Store & finance executive) To cancel for one ac but later i realized that i have been charged for two ac's. After several remainder and mail escalation there was no any support and call back regarding this issues, Since future capital was switch over as capital first hence my case was taken by the collection team To pay & close the loan account. After i explained all the things still None of them intervene in this case to close. But past 8 months i used to be ennumber of calls also visite dthe office too. Also myself start follow up with your collection team often and visited the office couple of time but no one was given a clear picture of the case and not ready to resolve too. Even though had con-call with collection team & recovery legal team no further conclusion to close the case. I already got penalized by holding these loans case now i need to take it up the higher level peoples intervention to resolve on top priority. Please do the needful and help / suggest to close it at the earliest.
