I have my account with your company since 1year still i didnt got my EMI card from you, i already enquird about this with your company agents and also with your customer care people bt i am not getting proper responce from your company. when ever i asked with you people then i am getting responce that my EMI card was failed to deliever due to some issues so please dont make the people as fools please give us a good responce and service... This is Sheefa Wadekar. I have on going loan for an LED with capital first. Loan # 3924096. Completed 6 emi. I got message from capital first stating that if (Dear Customer, It has been observed that you have not used your Capital First Easy Busy Card in last 90 days. Request you to utilise your pre-approved durable loan limit in next 30 days failing which your sanctioned limit will be downsized. T&C Apply), I called customer service # the reason they are giving no one was home so the card came back, thats n9t possible bcoz my family is always home. The representative said now ourchase another priduct we eill try to give u another card. The reason is not satisfying. Need resolution on this. My # is [protected] / [protected].
