[Resolved] Capital First — EMI cash payment collected personally and later shown as "cancelled" | |||||
My Loan number is : 3256946. The loan tenure ended in March 2016. I have been harassed by Capital First for a year over a supposedly missing EMI payment for the month of August 2015. The cash payment for that month was collected personally from my hand by a Capital First representative on 18th August 2015 (see receipt attached) and now Capital First says the transaction is cancelled according to their records. How can a transaction where there is a physical transfer of cash be cancelled. If it is cancelled then give me my money back first. I have been getting threatening/harassing phone calls asking for the missing EMI payment since last year. Despite my best efforts to talk to Customer Care/Nodal Officer on multiple occasions, there is still no resolution to this problem and I still receive those calls threatening to reduce my Credit score.
