[Resolved]  Capital First — emi ecs date change request

Several time i have enquired about the date change of EMI which is debited my SBI Account every month of the 5 through ECS.

Recently i Changed My Job and cant bear to maintain advance money to my bank account .

i am still thinking if it would be possible to do me then why am i had applied to loan .

i think there is no any clause that in future i could not change my emi date.

Very Bad Experience of Capital First. I mean what is this, you are trying to make any fraud or what?
My Problems are listed below:

1) I am damm sure that Capital First found the way to earn extra income from customers AKA FRAUD.
Explaination :- First you tell your customers like you have only two dates for auto debit (ECS) the EMI. 2nd and 5th of every month. i got 5th of every month, then why are you check the sufficient money for EMI on 4th night 12:01 o'clock? i mean you think you are international bank or what?
and more on this is, if EMI is not debited on 4th night then you are free to talk on 5th that "we are going to take fine of 400/- rs AKA Penalty".
Congratulations ! You make wonderful fraud.

2) If your EMI is bounced as per above point (Point no 1) then any of your executive will call on next day and tell the customers to make Online Payment (Manual Payment).
**NOTE** :- NEVER TOLD that another attempt of ECS (Auto debit) will going to happen from 6 -12 of every month (SMART MOVE TO MAKE ANOTHER FRAUD).
Okay then if any user will make manual payment then ECS will also debit same amount of money twice.
So technically one customer is paying double EMI for same month.

Surely, poor and innocent customers will going to ask for refund of one EMI amount to Capital First, then SMART and INTELLIGENT executive will tell that you have to wait appox 13 days.

so my simple and direct question to you that

If you take 400 penalty from customers in case of late payment of EMI, the you are also responsible to pay the 13 days penalty for your fault.

at last i am glad to inform you that i am going to take Legal Steps.
coz i am tired to ask for help from Capital First.
