I am holding a business loan account in capital first for the past 2 years. Recently i. E. August 21.08.2018 we foreclosure our loan I wish to bring to your notice that for the month of september and october the emi amount has been debited from my account. In coimbatore branch, we complained many times and we felt very tired of following them. The customer care and the person who is responsible for the particular case are not at all responding properly. We are one of the big business magnet in coimbatore. We had many bank dealings in and around coimbatore. But this is our first and worst experience facing like this kind of issues.
