[Resolved] Capital First — Fraudulent deduction of money
Dear sir, I have bought a laptop using hire purchase scheme from capital first and have never bounced any cheque. All payments have been cleared by January. But on February 16th, an amount of Rs 400has been deducted from my account and when questioned at the corporate office on[protected], they said their server was down and to call back after an hour. Since then I've been trying to contact them on my registered mobile number and after a few rings there's a message saying dial 9 for operator and another recorded message which says operator not available and to record message at the end of the tone Was this information helpful?
