I am delayed by paying the emi as my finds were stuck somewhere. I took help and paid it later on. Rcovery agent called me named deepak ([protected]) and threatened me. Later on recived the call from varun ([protected]) and harrassed me. These people do nit listen what consumer is saying. I requested him to talk over email or letter mail but he denied and told me that will continue harassment by making calls. What the hell it is...

If you think the agent is not following any of the above mentioned rules, you should file a complaint.
