[Resolved] Capital First — harassment through calls | |||||
Hi, I am a consumer who took business loan from capital first of 2.5 lakhs, i was not able to pay emi as i lost the whole business and was in loss of almost 35 lakhs, i am in depression because of the same i dint paid emi for 15 months and was also without job and money, now that i recently joined a company and trying to fix the issues by paying all the emis (15 months i. E 65244/-) at one go and i am also ready to pay dues slowly with loan and regularies it, the capital first people are forcing me to pay either with dues or settlement. Which is not possible for me at this moment. Also they keep calling my office number and threaten me to defame my name where i work. I am forced to settle or close the account which is not possible for me at this time period please help me with this. My loan account number is -7213364. Was this information helpful? | |||||
