[Resolved] Capital First — I'm complaining about my card being blocked without prior information

I am in urgent need to buy a handset and when i went to buy the product i got to know my card (No 2908 357) had been temporary blocked and after calling on the toll free number i have been given an answer that due to internal policies the card has been blocked.
On the same card i've previously purchased 2 consumer durable products and there has been no defaulter from my side. And now i am being told it will be unblocked within 90 days.
As said earlier i'm on sos basis need of purchasing the handset
