[Resolved] Capital First — lan 10859068 bounced reg

I took consumer durable loan in the month of April 2017, emi was deducting 5th of every month. This is the first time facing such problem with capital fest, though i have sufficient balance in my account, the emi is not deducted. to day i received a SMS that lone amount is bounced. there is no overdue.
