[Resolved] Capital First — loan amount transferred in different account | |||
My name is Rajesh Sadar and the loan account number is 13447977. I did a payment of 1112 on 1st August 2018 for this account through Capital first application but the payment went through a different account (Account number:[protected]. I have called the customer care department and spoke to Shaizad Shaikh for the same and he told me to send email with the proof attached (PFA). Please transfer the amount in the current account number . Its been a while havent heard anything from customer care department. I am continuously getting call from collection department even after informing them about this matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
