[Resolved] Capital First — Loan closer payment done.. Installment deducted

Dear team, it's too ridiculous, i am continuously follow up with your team. And still my payment didn't update yet. I have raised the loan closer request on 19 sept and done the payment on 21 sept. And also share bank reference number too. And payment is not updated yet.
Whenever i called, just received only one answer it will take 5 days to get updated.
Already 15 days have been done and didn't received any response from team. And installment of loan have deducted from my account.
Kindly do the needful and close the loan account, return the amount which has been deducted yesterday. And also share noc docs of the same.

Took loan for Tv around 3 back. For i paid the second last Emi twice... Now today they cut ₹2500 saying that we didn't paid money. Money has already been paid.i do have every receipt and details as a proof with me..
