Capital First — loan closure not updated and no proper behavior of staff

I have applied for finance in capital first. I have completed all my emi without any late payment but still they are asking me for the money to my sbi bank. When i ask the branch office of capital first in rs purum, coimbatore, tamilnadu, they doest give any proper justification and improper behavior of executives. Being a customer to capital first is a biggest shame and they don't respond properly and they don't have any manners how to treat their customers
