[Resolved] Capital First Ltd — ecs bouncing charges | |||
Myself g. Raghunathan and taking personal loan from capital first ltd. Against loan a/c no.4890415 and as personal financial reasons 3-4 times i bounced my ecs in last 3 years.in last 3 months i continuous followup for the below issue thru mail on mail id : customer. [protected]@capitalfirst.com. My query is not to charged bouncing charges and i have to accept it. My query is once it is bounced in particular month again and again why hit ecs in my bank account without informing me. For 1st time it is acceptable but repeating 2 times in the same month and for this reason capital first charged me rs.400 x 2 times and my bank rs.500 x 2 times. For ecs amount rs.4600/- total debt another rs. 3100/- (Including my bank charges) in which one time rs. 1100/- is acceptable. Starting i am not getting any reply/answer, then they replied as per their mail they get back to me 3 or 7 working days. After 3-4 times mail they replied bouncing charges levied for ecs return and please maintain balance (Without mentioning why repeating ecs hit to my bank without informing me). Since i am not getting reply of my query i informing thru mail i have to stopped my last ecs and accordingly it is bounced. Still i am not getting any mails on my query. Please see attached mail photo graphs and hope i get positive reply. We people giving personal for some urgency but it is not acceptable your organization charged anything for any reasons.
